Neuronest South West CIC

Reducing Social Isolation and Increasing Educational Opportunities for Neurodivergent Home-Educated Children

Meet the Team

I was first introduced to home education 4 years ago, when my autistic brother was unable to cope in a mainstream school. Since deregistering him, we have seen a huge improvement in his mental well-being and his ability to learn new things.

I have a background in SEND services, previously running a respite and enabling business has given me an insight into the huge struggles families of neurodivergent children are facing.

I have now moved away from providing respite services. Instead, I am focusing on improving life for neurodivergent home-educated children and their families. This is shown in Neuronest South West CIC and also my work outside of the CIC; where I offer advice and support in various aspects of SEND life.
